Triton

Purpose

Electronic device “Triton” is a new generation equipment intended for softening hard water through modern technology. With his help making efficient water softening and repairing the damage caused by hard water. Basic and important feature is the reduction of lime scale deposits (limestone, etc.). Suitable for water softening of houses and apartments with a pipe diameter water inlet to 50mm (2 inch) and output up to 1 cubic meter (1000 liters/hour). It is characterized by efficiency, economy, long life and ease of use.  Hard water

It is characterized by an increased content of calcium and magnesium bicarbonates and other salts due to contact with the limestone and other earth materials. When heated and movement formed limestone deposits known as lime scale that are extremely harmful to the large part of household and industrial appliances, as well as plumbing. Large deposits of limestone on the walls of the pipes, as well as about the elements of dishwashers, washing machines, water heaters, boilers lead to premature shortening their lives. The presence of scale on the heating elements results in a considerable increase in the cost of energy. For example, the average increase in the heating costs caused by the use of hard water exceeds 20%. Past limestone reduces the pressure in the pipes and the water is also a prerequisite for frequent replacement and repair of showers and faucets. Due to the formation of insoluble deposits increased many times the cost of soap and detergents, fabrics and clothes become fragile and brittle. Impact on hard water

The device is used innovative technology for electromagnetic treatment of water in the water system. Treatment of water by this technology consists in the fact that the water crossing the magnetic field lines of the cations of calcium and magnesium salts do not crystallize the surface of the heating and circulation, and in the water volume. Under the influence of strong electromagnetic field crystals change their structure and no longer adhere to the pipes and heaters appliances and flow with the water. The solubility of calcium carbonate is changed, the existing deposits are broken. Changed structure of the crystals can leave only a thin layer of limestone ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 mm. This layer protects pipes and heaters from larger deposits. Since it is fragile, regularly come off and replaced with a new one without ever formed a large accumulation reaching up to several centimeters. Installation and use

The kit of the device “Triton” is packed in a cardboard and ecological box consists of:

1 pcs. Electronic device “Triton”;
2 pcs. Cables electrode length of 2x1.2 m;
1 pcs. Power adapter with cord;
4 pcs. Plastic mounting brackets;
1 pcs. Instruction manual with warranty card;
1 pcs. Certificate with a serial number for the originality of the product;

To be effective, the device must be installed on the incoming water supply (central pipe after meter) cold water before branching boiler, water taps (after the main valve and meter, but indoors). Suitable for mounting all kinds of pipes, as better results are achieved with copper, plastic or stainless steel pipes. No matter if the pipe is to be installed horizontally or vertically. CAUTION! Prohibited in wet shafts and outdoors! Try to mount the unit to a maximum dry place. Must be provided from the mains socket near the installation (up to 1.5 m). There are two ways of installation:

1. Directly on the pipe:

Wrap the pipe with insulation tape about 50 cm (20 inch) where the installation will be carried out. Fix the device on the pipe by two plastic brackets, wiring electrodes firmly against the pipe and tighten clamps (see figure). Then tightly wind the wires (electrodes) as a dense coils on both sides of the device in opposite directions. Finally, secure the ends of the coils with plastic brackets.

2.With screws into the wall (recommended):

Secure the device through two dowels (distance between holes 17cm or 6.7 inch) of wall at a maximum distance of 40 cm (16 inch) pipe. Then tightly wind the wires (electrodes) as a dense coils on both sides of the device in opposite directions. Both ends fix them with plastic brackets, while respecting the designated distance indicated in figure.

With this installation is complete, plug the power adapter into the power input jack (see figure) and then into the mains socket. A flashing light on the front panel shows the active effect in softening the water.

TIP: If water used is very hard is recommended to use professional device “Triton PRO”. With his help, a much more effective at softening a more hard waters.
